Says he is in good health. Burial at discretion of executor.
His messuage in Great Marlow and any rents and profits from it = to loving cousin Susanna Harris wife of George, tallow chandler. She is to pay out of her income from it £8 a year to her sister Rebecca wife of John Field of London. Payments to be given at half yearly intervals.
2 messages or cottages in Great Marlow in occupation of John Williams and George Buck = to John Harris son of George and Susanna above. He is to pay his brother George Harris £20 out of his income from those [see notes below]
6 acres of arable land in the common field called Marefield which was bought from Samuel Lynn gent and citizen of London = to George Harris son of George and Susanna above after Susanna dies.
16.5 acres land in Marlow Common Field bought from Joyce Darvall widow = to Richard Harris son of George and Susanna above after Susanna dies.
6.5 acres land bought from William Elliot in Marlow Common Field = to Thomas Harris son of George and Susanna Harris.
£20 each = to Susanna, Margaret and Elizabeth daughters of George and Susanna Harris above. If any dies before receiving it then her share to be divided between the survivors. Also £20 to Richard Lane "son of my late cousin John Lane late deceased" at age 21.
All rest of good and personal estate to Susanna Harris his cousin who is sole executor.

The two cottages left to John Harris were in the High Street and had formerly been Harris family property.
The house left to Susanna Harris was, from other sources, also Richard's shop premises.
Samuel Lynn was a wealthy carpenter of London with quite a lot of Marlow property.
