Clifford graves, Parish Church Great Marlow

 




Grave of Theophilus Clifford's wife and children. Theophilus was a stone mason who worked on Marlow bridge. For more about his work on that, see this post here. Full biography of him here


Grave - Sarah, eldest daughter of Theophilus and Sarah Clifford. D. Sept. 22 1841 age 23. 

ALSO - Elizabeth, 2nd daughter of the above. D. May 16 1842, age 19 years. 

ALSO - William, eldest son of above, d. Apr 29 184? age 2? [He died 1846 of consumption. William was also a stonemason].

ALSO - Sarah, wife of the above, d. Oct 17 1863. [Note: She died in Rose Place, St. Aldates Oxford].
